I was inconsiderate and I did not stop to think of the consequence of my words . I know this is no excuse , but please understand I am under a lot of stress at the moment . I accept full responsability and I did not mean my words . I understand how you would feel were I in your shoes . Forgiveness does not change the past , but it does enlarge the future . I also know that a stiff apology is a second insult . The injured part does not want to be compensated because he has been wronged . And he wants to be healed because he has been hurt .
